Boil milk in a pan and curdle by adding curd.
The milk starts separating.
Strain through a sieve.
Cream the Paneer in palms till it is smooth and soft.
Add 2 tsp of sugar.
Make even sized rectangular shapes with paneer.
Heat 1 bowl of sugar with water.
Add paneer balls into the syrup and boil for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile boil milk in a pan.
Add next 1 bowl of sugar into it.
Add pistachios and cardamom powder.
Add the remaining suger syrup of rasgullas also.
Boil and stir it continuously till the quantity of milk will be half.
Put rasagullas on a plate.
Pour the milk over it.
Ras Malai is ready.
