- Carrot (cut length wise) : 1 no
- Red capsicum (cut length wise) : 1 no
- Yellow capsicum(cut length wise) : 1 no
- Dates (cut length wise) : 10 nos
- Cherry : 10 nos
- Cinnamon sticks : 1 no
- Cardamom : 3 nos
- Rice : 3 cups
- Cashew nuts : 10 nos
- Kismiss : 10 nos
- Salt : to taste
- Oil
Heat oil in a pan. Add cinnamon stick and cardomon. Fry dates and cherries. Keep aside.
Fry cashew and kismiss in ghee. Keep aside.
Heat oil in a pan. Add sliced capsicum and carrot.
When it gets boiled add fried items and rice.
Meta fried rice ready.
