Ingredients
  

  • Carrot (cut length wise) : 1 no
  • Red capsicum (cut length wise) : 1 no
  • Yellow capsicum(cut length wise) : 1 no
  • Dates (cut length wise) : 10 nos
  • Cherry : 10 nos
  • Cinnamon sticks : 1 no
  • Cardamom : 3 nos
  • Rice : 3 cups
  • Cashew nuts : 10 nos
  • Kismiss : 10 nos
  • Salt : to taste
  • Oil

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a pan. Add cinnamon stick and cardomon. Fry dates and cherries. Keep aside.
  • Fry cashew and kismiss in ghee. Keep aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan. Add sliced capsicum and carrot.
  • When it gets boiled add fried items and rice.
  • Meta fried rice ready.
