Naadan Chicken Curry Restaurant Style

Ingredients
  

  • ½ kg Chicken
  • 1 no Onion
  • 1 no Tomato
  • ½ inch Ginger
  • 8 - Garlic
  • 4 - Green Chilli
  • ½ tsp Turmeric powder
  • 2 tbsp Chilli Powder
  • 2 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1 tbsp Garam Masala
  • 1 tbsp Coriander Leaves
  • Salt As reqd
  • Oil As reqd
  • Water As reqd

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil and fry onions till it is brown in colour.
  • Grind together ginger, garlic and green chilli and add to the onions.
  • Fry till the raw smell is gone and then add tomato. Fry till the tomato is cooked properly.
  • Add chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and garam masala.
  • :- Make sure the flame is low while adding these so that it doesn’t get burnt.
  • Add thoroughly washed chicken to this.
  • Put the flame on high. Stir well and cook the chicken this way for 5 minutes..
  • Now add one cup of water. Stir once.
  • Cover it with a lid and let it cook on medium flame.
  • When the chicken is cooked, turn off the flame.
  • Garnish the curry with finely chopped coriander leaves.
  • :- Serve with rice or chappathis.
