Onion(sliced) : 2 medium
Carrot (sliced) : 2 nos
Cabbage (sliced) : ½ of a small cabbage
Cauliflower : ½ of a small
Garlic : 4 nos
Oil : 1 tsp
Sugar : ¼ tsp
Black pepper : 1 tsp
Lemon extract : ½ of a lemon
Soya sauce : 1tsp
Instructions
Heat oil. Fry chopped garlic.
Add onion and carrots. Fry for 2 minutes.
Add cabbage and cauliflower. Stir fry till half done.
Add lemon extract, pepper powder, soya sauce, salt and sugar.
Meanwhile mix corn flour with 1/4th cup of water, Add corn flour also. Cover with lid and cook till done.
Chinese Mix vegetable is ready.
