Ingredients
  

  • Egg (boiled) : 2 nos
  • Coconut : ½ of a small coconut
  • Curry leaves : a few
  • Onion : ¼ of a small onion
  • Coriander leaves : a few
  • Egg white : 3 eggs
  • Salt : to taste

Instructions
 

  • Grind together coconut, curry leaves, onion and coriander leaves.
  • Cut boiled eggs into two.
  • Put the grinded mixture at the top of each egg.
  • Dip it in the egg white.
  • Heat oil in a kadai. Fry the eggs one by one.
  • Egg snack ready.
