Egg (boiled) : 2 nos
Coconut : ½ of a small coconut
Curry leaves : a few
Onion : ¼ of a small onion
Coriander leaves : a few
Egg white : 3 eggs
Salt : to taste
Instructions
Grind together coconut, curry leaves, onion and coriander leaves.
Cut boiled eggs into two.
Put the grinded mixture at the top of each egg.
Dip it in the egg white.
Heat oil in a kadai. Fry the eggs one by one.
Egg snack ready.
