Ingredients
  

  • Pumpkin(Mathanga) : ½ k gm
  • Payar : 1 cup
  • Turmeric powder : ¼ tsp
  • Chilli powder : 1 tsp
  • Coconut (grated) : ½ coconut
  • Curry leaves : 2 leaves
  • Jeera powder : ¼ tsp
  • Salt : to taste

Instructions
 

  • Boil together matanga, payar, chili powder, turmeric powder and salt.
  • Grind coconut. Keep aside.
  • Mix coconut puree with boiled vegetables. Add jeera powder.
  • Heat oil in pan. Splutter mustard seeds. Add curry leaves also.
  • Mix it with the vegetables.
  • Matanga Mulosium ready.
