- Pumpkin(Mathanga) : ½ k gm -
- Payar : 1 cup -
- Turmeric powder : ¼ tsp -
- Chilli powder : 1 tsp -
- Coconut (grated) : ½ coconut -
- Curry leaves : 2 leaves -
- Jeera powder : ¼ tsp -
- Salt to taste -

Instructions
- Boil together matanga, payar, chili powder, turmeric powder and salt.
- Grind coconut. Keep aside.
- Mix coconut puree with boiled vegetables. Add jeera powder.
- Heat oil in pan. Splutter mustard seeds. Add curry leaves also.
- Mix it with the vegetables.
- Matanga Mulosium ready.
