Ingredients
  

  • 500 g Beetroot
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Parsley
  • Salt, pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • 1)Clean the beetroot and cook it in water for 10 minutes in high flame till the beetroot becomes tender.
  • 2)Let it cool before peeling and dicing.
  • 3)Melt the honey in flame for 5-10 seconds.
  • 4)Mix the oil and vinegar with it and stir in the parsley, salt and pepper to taste.
  • 5)Pour this dressing over the diced beetroot and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • 6)Serve chilled.
