500 g Beetroot1 tsp Honey2 tbsp Vegetable oil1 tbsp Vinegar1 tsp ParsleySalt, pepper (to taste) 1)Clean the beetroot and cook it in water for 10 minutes in high flame till the beetroot becomes tender. 2)Let it cool before peeling and dicing. 3)Melt the honey in flame for 5-10 seconds. 4)Mix the oil and vinegar with it and stir in the parsley, salt and pepper to taste. 5)Pour this dressing over the diced beetroot and refrigerate for 30 minutes. 6)Serve chilled.
