Egg Burji
An easy side dish with eggs

- 3 nos Eggs
- 2 nos Onion
- 1 no Tomato
- 3 tsp Chilly powder
- 1 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tsp Coriander powder
- Salt As reqd
- Oil As reqd
Heat oil in a pan.
Add onion and fry till the onion turns brown in colour.
Add tomato and cook till the tomato is tender.
Add chilli powder, tumeric powder, coriander powder and salt.
Mix and add the egg.
Mix the egg well with the masala.
Cook till the mixture is completely dry.
:- Serve with chappathis.
