  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Add onion and fry till the onion turns brown in colour.
  • Add tomato and cook till the tomato is tender.
  • Add chilli powder, tumeric powder, coriander powder and salt.
  • Mix and add the egg.
  • Mix the egg well with the masala.
  • Cook till the mixture is completely dry.
  • :- Serve with chappathis.
