Marinate the fish in chilly powder, turmeric powder and salt. Fry it in oil. Keep it aside.
Heat oil in a cooker and sauté karuva patta, cardamom, cumin seeds in it.
Add onion, ginger, garlic and sauté well.
Then add tomato, beans, green chilly, and carrot. Sauté it again.
Add majboos masala, garam masala curry leaves mussels and salt. Sauté it again.
Now pour water as required and mix in the dry lemon.
Add the rice to it and cook covered till the water drains or till the rice gets well cooked.
Serve it hot.
