Ingredients
  

  • 150 gm Mussels
  • 1 kg Biryani rice
  • 4 nos Tomato
  • 1 inch Ginger
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 3 nos Onion
  • 1 no Carrot
  • 2 no Green chilly
  • 4 nos Beans
  • 2 nos Dry lemon
  • 2 small Karuva patta
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 2 nos Cardamom
  • 2 ½ Majboos masala
  • 1/2 tsp Garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp Chilly powder
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  • Oil as required
  • Water as required
  • Salt as required

Instructions
 

  • Marinate the fish in chilly powder, turmeric powder and salt. Fry it in oil. Keep it aside.
  • Heat oil in a cooker and sauté karuva patta, cardamom, cumin seeds in it.
  • Add onion, ginger, garlic and sauté well.
  • Then add tomato, beans, green chilly, and carrot. Sauté it again.
  • Add majboos masala, garam masala curry leaves mussels and salt. Sauté it again.
  • Now pour water as required and mix in the dry lemon.
  • Add the rice to it and cook covered till the water drains or till the rice gets well cooked.
  • Serve it hot.
