Ingredients
- Mussels - 150 gm
- Biryani rice - 1 kg
- Tomato - 4 nos
- Ginger - 1 inch
- garlic - 1 clove
- Pepper - 1/2 tsp
- Onion - 3 nos
- Carrot - 1 no
- Green chilly - 2 no
- Beans - 4 nos
- Dry lemon - 2 nos
- Karuva patta - 2 small
- Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Cardamom - 2 nos
- Majboos masala - 2 ½
- Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
- Chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Oil(as required) -
- Water(as required) -
- Salt(as required) -

Instructions
- Marinate the fish in chilly powder, turmeric powder and salt. Fry it in oil. Keep it aside.
- Heat oil in a cooker and sauté karuva patta, cardamom, cumin seeds in it.
- Add majboos masala, garam masala curry leaves mussels and salt. Sauté it again.
- Now pour water as required and mix in the dry lemon.
- Add the rice to it and cook covered till the water drains or till the rice gets well cooked.
- Serve it hot.
