Ingredients
  

  • Mutton - 300 gm
  • Kayama Rice - 1kg
  • Tomato - 2 nos,chopped
  • Green chilly - 4 nos
  • Ginger and garlic paste - 2 tsp
  • Red chilly powder
  • Onion - 1 no, big
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Dry lemon - 1 no
  • Pepper - 1 tsp
  • Cinnamon stick - 2-3 pcs
  • Oil - as required
  • Water - as required
  • Salt - as required

Instructions
 

  • Cook the mutton with onion, tomato, ginger, garlic, green chilly, 1/2 tsp red chilly powder,1/4 tsp turmeric powder,1/4 tsp garam masala, salt and water as required.
  • Heat oil in a vessel and sauté some onion, cinnamon stick, garlic, cardamom, green chilly, pepper and dry lemon for 5 minutes.
  • Add water and masalas.
  • When the water gets boil adds rice and cooked mutton.cook it for 15-20 minutes.
  • Garnish it with fried onion, raisins and almonds.
