Cook the mutton with onion, tomato, ginger, garlic, green chilly, 1/2 tsp red chilly powder,1/4 tsp turmeric powder,1/4 tsp garam masala, salt and water as required.
Heat oil in a vessel and sauté some onion, cinnamon stick, garlic, cardamom, green chilly, pepper and dry lemon for 5 minutes.
Add water and masalas.
When the water gets boil adds rice and cooked mutton.cook it for 15-20 minutes.
