- 1 cup Raw rice
- 1 cup Kuruva rice
- 1½ cups Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Karinjeerakam
- Salt As reqd
- Water As reqd
- Oil As reqd
Soak raw rice and kuruva rice over night and grind it with little water next day.
Add sugar, karinjeerakam, salt and mix it well.
Heat oil in a kadai.
Spoon in the batter one at a time and fry only one side in oil till deep brown.
:- Serve with tea.
