Naadan Kadala Curry

An easy Kadala / Chick peas curry

Ingredients
  

  • 250 gm Chick peas
  • 1 no 0nion
  • 1 no Tomato
  • 2 nos Green chilly
  • 1 tsp Garlic paste
  • 1 tsp Chilly powder
  • 2 1/2 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Meat masala
  • Curry leaves As reqd
  • 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
  • 2 tbsp Oil

Instructions
 

  • Roast chilly powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder for 3 minutes, and keep it aside.
  • Cook the chickpeas with roasted masala, salt and water as required.
  • Heat oil in a kadai pan and splutter mustard in it.
  • Add tomato, green chilly, onion and garlic. Sauté for 5 minutes.
  • Add meat masala and sauté again.
  • Add chickpeas and curry leaves.
  • Cook for 10 minutes.
