For preparing Masala Macaroni, first chop onion, chilly, capsicum, coriander, ginger and tomato. Grate cabbage and carrot.
Heat oil in a kadai.
When the oil is heated, add onion and saute till it becomes soft.
Add cabbage and fry for a minute.
Add chillies and capsicum and saute.
Add the rest of the ingredients except tomato and fry for 3 minutes.
Now add tomato and fry for about 2 minutes.
Add chilly powder, coriander powder, chat masala and salt and fry.
The vegetable should be cooked three fourth, stir occasionally until that. Do not add water, the water in the vegetables are enough.
Scramble egg in another vessel. Add salt necessary for the egg. Mix the scrambled egg to the vegetable mixture.
Add the macaroni and mix it well and fry till the masala is blended with macaroni.
Serve with the sauce.
