Instructions
Heat oil and add fry cloves, cardamom and cinnamon
Add cumin seeds and fry
Add the onion and chilli. The onion should be cut into big cubes
Add the ginger and garlic paste
Add the rice and fry for 2 minutes (Soak the rice for half an hour)
Add water (1:2 ratio), keep in high flame.
Add the saffron to little of milk. When the water starts bubbling reduce the flame and add the saffron and milk. Close the lid and cook in low flame.
Fry onions, cashew and badam for garnish
Garnish the rice and serve hot
