Heat oil in a kadai.
Add minced garlic and saute for few minutes.
Add onion and saute till it turns light golden colour.
Add minced chicken and saute well.
Add pepper powder, salt, minced green chilli and soy sauce and stir well for few seconds.
Add chopped broccoli, stir and add 2 tsp water or sprinkle little water. Cover and cook and dry fry the chicken broccoli.
Add grated cheese and mix with all the ingredients.
Transfer the contents to a bowl.
Mix maida with salt, soda powder and water and make a dough.
Make small balls and roll it very thin chappathis with a rolling pin. We can also use rolling paper instead of maida.
Arrange the chicken broccoli mixture on the middle of the maida sheet and fold it tightly.
Stick with maida batter on the edges of this roll as shown below.
:- To make batter, mix 2 tsp maida with some water.
Heat oil in a kadai.
Deep fry the chicken rolls and remove into a plate.
:- Serve hot with sweet chilli sauce or tomato sauce.
