Ingredients
  

  • Prawns A few
  • 250 gm Rice
  • 1 no Onion
  • 2 nos Tomato
  • 1/2 inch Ginger
  • 3 nos Garlic pods
  • 2 nos Green chilly
  • 1/2 tsp Chilly powder
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  • Salt As reqd
  • Water As reqd
  • Oil As reqd
  • 1 tsp Biriyani masala
  • Coriander leaves As reqd

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a pressure cooker.
  • Add onion, tomato, ginger, garlic, green chilly, chilly powder, turmeric powder, salt and biriyani masala and sauté it for 10 minutes on a low flame.
  • Add prawns and saute. Add water as required.
  • When the water boils, add rice.
  • Cover and cook till the whole water gets evaporated.
