An easy dal curry as a side dish

Ingredients
  

  • 200 gm Dal
  • 1 no Tomato
  • 1/2 of Onion
  • 4 nos Beans
  • 1/2 tsp Red chilly powder
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 3 nos Dry red chilly
  • 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
  • 2 tsp Oil
  • 1 no Carrot
  • 2 nos Green chilly
  • Curry leaves As reqd

Instructions
 

  • Cut the veggies.
  • Cook the daal with carrot, tomato, green chilly, beans, onion, masala, salt and water as required.
  • Heat oil in a pan. Splutter mustard and saute red dry chillies.
  • Add the above tempering into the curry.
