Areeram - Nadan Style

A naadan snack with rice flour and jaggery

Ingredients
  

  • 250 gm Rice flour
  • 200 gm Jaggery
  • Salt As reqd
  • 1/4 tsp Cumin seeds
  • Oil As reqd

Instructions
 

  • Melt jaggery with water as required.
  • Mix rice flour with melted jaggery, cumin and salt to make a smooth dough.
  • Make small balls out of it.
  • Heat oil in a vessel and fry it till it turns brown in color.
