Areeram - Nadan Style
A naadan snack with rice flour and jaggery

- 250 gm Rice flour
- 200 gm Jaggery
- Salt As reqd
- 1/4 tsp Cumin seeds
- Oil As reqd
Melt jaggery with water as required.
Mix rice flour with melted jaggery, cumin and salt to make a smooth dough.
Make small balls out of it.
Heat oil in a vessel and fry it till it turns brown in color.
