Easy dal Curry within Minutes

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Dal
  • Water As reqd
  • 2 tsp Oil
  • 1 no Onion
  • 1 no Tomato
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic chopped
  • 3 nos Green chillies
  • Salt As reqd
  • Curry leaves A few
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp Chilly powder
  • 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds

Instructions
 

  • Wash dal well.
  • Put it in a vessel. Add into it the chopped onion, tomato, green chillies, ginger, garlic and salt.
  • Pour enough water and allow it to cook.
  • When the gravy thickens, add the curry leaves.
  • Splutter mustard seeds in a little oil and add it to the dal.
