Cluster Beans Fry

Easy and healthy cluster beans fry

Ingredients
  

  • ½ kg Cluster beans
  • 2 tsp Chilli powder
  • 3 tsp Thick Curd
  • ¼ tsp Turmeric powder
  • Salt As reqd
  • 1 no Onion large
  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp Mustard seeds
  • 2 sprigs Curry leaves

Instructions
 

  • Wash and cut the ends of both the sides of the cluster beans. Then, cut the cluster beans into 1 inch long.
  • Heat oil in a kadai.
  • Splutter mustard seeds and cumin seeds.
  • Add chopped onion, curry leaves and salt.
  • Add cluster beans and turmeric powder. Stir well.
  • Cover with lid and allow to cook in low flame.
  • When done,add chilli powder, turmeric powder, thick curd and saute for 2 minutes.
  • Transfer the contents to a serving bowl.
  • :- Serve with rice or chapati.
