Easy and healthy cluster beans fry

Ingredients
- Cluster beans - ½ kg
- Chilli powder - 2 tsp
- Thick curd - 3 tsp
- Turmeric powder - ¼ tsp
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Onion(large) - 1 no
- Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
- Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
- Curry leaves - 2 sprigs

Instructions
- Wash and cut the ends of both the sides of the cluster beans. Then, cut the cluster beans into 1 inch long.
- Heat oil in a kadai.
- Splutter mustard seeds and cumin seeds.
- Add chopped onion, curry leaves and salt.
- Add cluster beans and turmeric powder. Stir well.
- Cover with lid and allow to cook in low flame.
- When done,add chilli powder, turmeric powder, thick curd and saute for 2 minutes.
- Transfer the contents to a serving bowl.
- :- Serve with rice or chapati.
