Ingredients
  

  • 1 kg Chicken
  • 1 cup Curd
  • 2 tbsp Kashmiri chilly powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp Garam masala
  • 1 pinch Kasoori methi Uluva ela
  • 1 tsp Ajwain Ayamodakam
  • Black salt As reqd
  • 1 tbsp Chat masala
  • 2 tbsp Mustard oil
  • 1 tbsp Ginger paste
  • 1 tbsp Garlic paste
  • 1 tsp Mint leaves ground
  • Oil As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing north indian chicken fry, first make a paste of curd, chilly powder, cumin powder, garam masala, kasoori methi, aymodhakam, salt, chat masala, mustard oil, ginger paste and garlic paste. Marinate the chicken pieces with this paste for 1 hour.
  • Fry the chicken pieces in oil.
  • North indian chicken fry is ready. Serve it with puthina chutney.
