Pan Cake

Ingredients
  

  • 250 g All purpose flour Maida
  • 250 g Wheat flour
  • 2 nos Eggs
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp Baking powder
  • 2 tbsp Sugar powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 100 ml Ghee
  • 1 cup Fresh curd
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla essence

Instructions
 

  • Take all the ingredients(except ghee) in a bowl. Break open the eggs and add the white and yellow yolk to the ingredients in the bowl.
  • Mix the contents thoroughly and prepare a somewhat thick batter. Allow to settle for about fifteen to twenty minutes.
  • To a frying pan, add two spoons of ghee and heat. Take 1/4th cup of dough and pour it as a thick round pan cake of about six inch width and gently fry in low frame on both sides adding ghee as and when required.
  • Repeat the process with the remaining dough and prepare as many pan cakes as possible.
  • Serve hot with hot and sweet sauce.
