Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 kg Long beans cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 2 nos Onion
  • 5 nos Dry chillies
  • 1 cup Coconut grated
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1 tsp Mustard seeds
  • Curry leaves Few
  • Coconut oil As reqd
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing spicy payar thoran, first heat oil in a kadai. Splutter mustard seeds.
  • Crush onion, dry chillies and garlic. Add this to oil and saute. Add long beans and fry again.
  • Add salt and little water. Cook well in low flame.
  • When done, add coconut grated and mix well.
  • Oil should be separated from it.
  • Spicy payaru thoran is ready.
