Gram flour
Kadala mavu

All purpose flour
Maida

Instructions
For preparing fish ginger fry, marinate fish slices with lime juice and salt. Keep aside for 15 minutes.
Mix gram flour, maida, ginger paste, chilly paste, onion paste, mint paste and salt.
Mix little water and make smooth batter.
Coat fish with this batter and fry it in oil.
Fish fritters are ready.
