  • Clean Cabbage leaves and cut them into pieces (or take small sized leaves directly from the Plant itself) and keep them aside.
  • Take a Bowl/Vessel and add Kadalamavu into it. Add Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder and required quantity of Salt and Water and mix them well and make a batter. Keep it aside for 5 - 10 minutes.
  • Heat Oil in a Cheenachatti/Frying Pan.
  • Dip the Cabbage leaves fully in the batter and put it into the hot oil. (4 - 5 pieces can cook at a time) and stir it well.
  • When one side of the Batter/Bajji is cooked properly, turn it to other side and cook that side also properly.
  • After both sides of the Bajji are cooked/fried properly, take them out by using a sieve and keep some time to get oil removed fully.
  • Cabbage Bajji is ready. This Bajji can serve with Tomato Sauce or Coriander leaves/Onion Chutney.
