Instructions
For preparing jeera kuzhambu, soak tamarind in water.
Water should be at least 60ml
Fry cumin and pepper in ghee.
Powder them.
Heat oil in a pan.
Splutter mustard. Add garlic and fry again.
Add tamarind juice, salt and turmeric powder.
Add powdered cumin before removing from flame and serve hot.
Jeera kuzhambu is ready.
