Simple Thari Kanji

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Semolina
  • 2 tbsp Shallots chopped, Kunjulli
  • 2 tbsp Ghee
  • 2 cups Coconut milk 2nd
  • 1 cup Coconut milk 1st
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing simple thari kanji, heat ghee and fry semolina.
  • Add coconut milk(2nd) and cook the semolina.
  • When it thickens, add coconut milk 1st and add salt.
  • Heat 1 tsp ghee and fry the shallots and add to kanji and serve.
  • Simple thari kanji is ready.
