Simple Thari Kanji

- 1/2 cup Semolina
- 2 tbsp Shallots chopped, Kunjulli
- 2 tbsp Ghee
- 2 cups Coconut milk 2nd
- 1 cup Coconut milk 1st
- Salt As reqd
For preparing simple thari kanji, heat ghee and fry semolina.
Add coconut milk(2nd) and cook the semolina.
When it thickens, add coconut milk 1st and add salt.
Heat 1 tsp ghee and fry the shallots and add to kanji and serve.
Simple thari kanji is ready.
