Ingredients
  

  • 250 ml Curd
  • 2 nos Dry red chillies
  • 1 tsp Mustard seeds
  • 1/2 tsp Fenugreek seeds Uluva
  • Curry leaves Few
  • Turmeric powder A pinch
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing thaiyru rasam, first dry roast the fenugreek seeds and powder it.
  • Mix turmeric, salt and curd. Set aside.
  • Heat little oil in a pan, splutter mustard seeds, dry red chillies and curry leaves.
  • Simmer the flame. Add fenugreek powder and curd.
  • Boil and remove from fire.
  • Thaiyru(curd) rasam is ready.
