Instructions
For preparing thaiyru rasam, first dry roast the fenugreek seeds and powder it.
Mix turmeric, salt and curd. Set aside.
Heat little oil in a pan, splutter mustard seeds, dry red chillies and curry leaves.
Simmer the flame. Add fenugreek powder and curd.
Boil and remove from fire.
Thaiyru(curd) rasam is ready.
