Healthy Veg Balls

Mixed vegetables and soya bean are mixed to make veg balls

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Soya bean cooked & minced
  • 1 cup Mixed vegetables cooked
  • 1 tbsp Soya sauce
  • 2 nos Bread slices
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • 2 tsp Chilly sauce
  • Pepper As reqd
  • 2 tbsp Corn flour

Instructions
 

  • For preparing healthy veg balls, mix soya bean and vegetables and mash well.
  • Add soy sauce, chilly sauce. pepper, coriander and corn flour.
  • Mix it well.
  • Dip bread slices in water and squeeze.
  • Mix with vegetables and make it like a dough.
  • Make balls out of it.
  • Fry it in oil. Healthy veg balls are ready.
