Ingredients
- Soya Bean(cooked & minced) - 1 cup
- Mixed vegetables(cooked) - 1 cup
- Soya Sauce - 1 tbsp
- Bread slices - 2 nos
- Coriander powder - 1 tsp
- Chilly sauce - 2 tsp
- Pepper(As reqd) -
- Corn flour - 2 tbsp

Instructions
- For preparing healthy veg balls, mix soya bean and vegetables and mash well.
- Add soy sauce, chilly sauce. pepper, coriander and corn flour.
- Mix it well.
- Dip bread slices in water and squeeze.
- Mix with vegetables and make it like a dough.
- Make balls out of it.
- Fry it in oil. Healthy veg balls are ready.
