For preparing dahi mutton, mix mutton with turmeric, chilly powder, coriander and salt.
Heat oil, add garam masala and onion paste. Fry well.
Add chilly paste, ginger-garlic and saute well.
Add mutton and fry again. Add curd and mix again.
Cover the mutton and cook.
When mutton is half done, add coconut and cook it again.
Mean while in a pan, pour 1 tbsp oil and fry kasuri methi and cumin powder. Add coriander leaves and remove.
Pour this over the cooked mutton and mix well.
Serve dahi mutton hot.
