- Heat oil, add garam masala and onion paste. Fry well.
- Add mutton and fry again. Add curd and mix again.
- Cover the mutton and cook.
- When mutton is half done, add coconut and cook it again.
- Mean while in a pan, pour 1 tbsp oil and fry kasuri methi and cumin powder. Add coriander leaves and remove.
- Pour this over the cooked mutton and mix well.
- Serve dahi mutton hot.
