Ingredients
  

  • 2 nos White pomfret Avoli
  • 4 nos Dry red chillies
  • 1 sprig Lemon grass
  • 1 inch Ginger chopped
  • Spring onion chopped
  • 1 cup Fish stock
  • 1 tbsp Fish sauce
  • Pepper As reqd
  • 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing thai flavoured fish fry, first marinate the fish with required salt, some pepper and little oyster sauce.
  • Fry it in oil.
  • Heat oil in a pan and fry dry chillies, ginger, spring onion and lemon grass.
  • Add fish sauce, remaining pepper and little salt.
  • Add fish stock and boil.
  • Thicken gravy and pour over fried fish and serve.
  • Thai flavoured fish fry is ready.
