Instructions
For preparing dry fry chicken chettinad, dry roast coriander seeds first.
Add dry red chillies, pepper, fennel seeds, garam masala and turmeric.
Fry till color changes. Add ginger also.
When cooled, grind them well.
Rub it in chicken breast. Keep aside for 15 minutes.
Fry it in oil.
Dry fry chicken chettinad is ready.
