Ingredients
- Chicken breast(make slits) - 2 nos
- Coriander seeds - 1 tbsp
- Dry chillies - 8 nos
- Ginger - 1 piece
- Pepper corns(Few) -
- Fennel seeds(Perumjeerakam) - 1 tsp
- Cumin seeds(Jeerakam) - 1/2 tsp
- Whole garam masala - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
- Coconut oil(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing dry fry chicken chettinad, dry roast coriander seeds first.
- Add dry red chillies, pepper, fennel seeds, garam masala and turmeric.
- Fry till color changes. Add ginger also.
- When cooled, grind them well.
- Rub it in chicken breast. Keep aside for 15 minutes.
- Fry it in oil.
- Dry fry chicken chettinad is ready.
