Attirachi Varuval(Mutton Stir Fry)

Ingredients
  

  • 500 g Mutton
  • 2 nos Onion sliced
  • 3 nos Green chillies
  • 2 tsp Garam masala
  • 2 tsp Chilly powder
  • 2 tsp Coriander powder
  • Ghee As reqd
  • 4 nos Dry chillies
  • 1 cup Coriander leaves
  • Curry leaves
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing mutton varuval, marinate mutton with turmeric, chilly powder, coriander and garam masala.
  • Heat a pan, add ghee and fry mutton pieces in it.
  • When mutton pieces turn brown in color, add water and cook for 1/2 hour.
  • Mean while, fry onion slices till brown in color. Add dry chillies n curry leaves.
  • When mutton is done and water is evaporated fully, add fried onion and coriander leaves.
  • Attirachi varuval is ready.
