- Mutton - 500 g
- Onion(sliced) - 2 nos
- Green chillies - 3 nos
- Garam masala - 2 tsp
- Chilly powder - 2 tsp
- Coriander powder - 2 tsp
- Ghee(As reqd) -
- Dry chillies - 4 nos
- Coriander leaves - 1 cup
- Curry leaves -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing mutton varuval, marinate mutton with turmeric, chilly powder, coriander and garam masala.
- Heat a pan, add ghee and fry mutton pieces in it.
- When mutton pieces turn brown in color, add water and cook for 1/2 hour.
- Mean while, fry onion slices till brown in color. Add dry chillies n curry leaves.
- Attirachi varuval is ready.
