Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Semolina Rava
  • 1 cup Coconut
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 tsp Cardamom powder Elakka
  • Water As reqd
  • Ghee As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing rava burfi, first dry roast semolina in a kadai. When color changes keep aside.
  • Dry roast coconut also. Keep them aside.
  • In a kadai, heat sugar. Add water and caramalize.
  • Add rava and coconut. Mix well.
  • Add cardamom powder. Mixture will start to come out.
  • In a plate, apply ghee.
  • Spread the rava. When cool, cut into desired shape.
  • Rava burfi is ready.
