For preparing prawns fry with thick coconut milk masala, marinate prawns with 1 tsp turmeric, chilly flakes and lime juice.
Fry prawns in the oil and set aside.
In the same pan, add little oil.
Add cloves, cinnamon and bay leaves. Add onion and fry till color changes.
Add turmeric, salt, chilly powder and coriander powder. Add coconut milk and make it a thick paste.
In a serving plate, pour the thick gravy in middle. Add prawns in the plate. Place the crispy fried onion slices above the prawns and serve.
