Sesame seeds
soaked overnight in water, Ellu

Ghee

Instructions
For preparing almond kheer, grind the almonds and sesame seeds to a fine paste.
Heat ghee in a heavy bottomed pan and fry the ground pastes until brown in colour.
Add in the milk and sugar. Allow it to cook in low flame until the mixture thickens.
Remove it from the flame and add rose water.
Almond kheer is ready. Serve hot.
