1 cup Almonds (soaked overnight in water)1/4 cup Sesame seeds (soaked overnight in water, Ellu)2 tbsp Ghee1 cup Sugar4 cups Milk1 tsp Rose water For preparing almond kheer, grind the almonds and sesame seeds to a fine paste.Heat ghee in a heavy bottomed pan and fry the ground pastes until brown in colour.Add in the milk and sugar.
