Ingredients
  

  • 10 nos Raw tomato chopped
  • 3 nos Green chillies chopped
  • 1 cup Red onion
  • 2 tsp Chilly powder
  • 10 nos Garlic sliced
  • Asafoetida A pinch, kayam
  • 1 tsp Fenugreek seeds uluva
  • Coconut oil As reqd
  • 1 tsp Mustard seeds
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • Curry leaves Few

Instructions
 

  • For preparing raw tomato pickle, saute mustard, tomato, chillies and garlic in oil.
  • Add chilly powder, asafoetida, fenugreek and turmeric powder.
  • Add water and boil it.
  • Close the lid and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Add curry leaves and serve hot.
