de-veined, cooked in a little water with salt
Green peas
shelled and boiled in salt water

Instructions
For preparing shrimp egg rice, heat 1 tbsp oil in a non stick pan and fry the onions lightly.
Add the eggs, scramble and remove from flame. Keep aside.
In the same pan, heat 1 tbsp of oil and fry the garlic, peas and shrimps till golden and done. Keep aside.
Heat the remaining oil in the same pan and fry the rice over a high flame, adding salt to taste.
Stir in the shrimp mixture, scrambled eggs and soya sauce. Mix thoroughly.
Shrimp egg rice is ready. Serve piping hot.
